By India Today Web Desk: Zimbabwe all-rounder Sikandar Raza stated that he was extremely motivated after seeing a clip, that includes Ricky Ponting, previous to the match towards Babar Azam’s Pakistan on Thursday, October 27 on the Perth Stadium.

“..some of my friends and family members messaged and they said they had a kind of tear in the eye. For me, I had goosebumps, one of the greats of this game talking about Zimbabwe and in particular me,” he said.
“Not that I needed an extra kick, but if I needed that, that clip did the job for me. I wanted to stay calm, but at the same time be pumped up for this game,” Raza added.
Raza performed an vital function within the World Cup for his group. Although he failed with the bat in hand, the off-spinner accounted for 3 scalps and helped Zimbabwe safe an vital win.
