AAP chief, eight members be part of BJP in Jammu

JAMMU: Senior Aam Aadmi Party chief Satish Sharma Shastri and eight activists joined the BJP right here on Saturday, saying solely this social gathering can strengthen the nation and serve folks.

BJP president of the union territory Ravinder Raina and MP Jugal Kishore Sharma welcomed them to the social gathering at its headquarters right here.

Ashish Abrol, Rakesh Shastri, Rakesh Bali, Ashok Sharma, Deepak Sharma, Sunita Devi, Charu Abrol and Madan Lal Sharma had been the others who converted to the BJP from the AAP.

Raina mentioned Shastri was a devoted social employee and hoped that every one the brand new members abided by the social gathering’s rules.

Shastri mentioned he repented his earlier resolution to affix the AAP and that solely the BJP can strengthen the nation.

“I am now feeling alive, enlightened and ready to serve the people,” he added.

Jugal Sharma mentioned the gates of the BJP are open for all those that wish to serve the folks and strengthen “nationalist forces”.
