By India Today Web Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Joe Biden exchanged greetings on Day 2 of the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia. The two leaders began the day by becoming a member of different G20 leaders in visiting the Taman Hutan Raya mangrove forest in Bali.
The world leaders planted timber within the forest. The External Affairs Ministry mentioned that India joined the Mangrove Alliance for Climate (MAC), a joint initiative of Indonesia and UAE underneath the Indonesian G-20 Presidency.
The leaders gave a powerful message of coming collectively to deal with local weather change and increase sustainable growth.
Meanwhile, Biden found the steps through the mangrove forest go to however Indonesian President Joko Widodo held him, breaking his fall.
Later within the day, Indonesian President Joko Widodo handed over the G20 Presidency to India on the closing ceremony of the summit in Bali.
