Denmark has been grouped alongside defending champions France, Tunisia, and Australia. Speaking about their opening match in opposition to Tunisia, Damsgaard mentioned that they cannot underestimate them and should look to get the consequence.
“Tunisia is a team that we are better than, but we cannot underestimate them. We will have to have the right type of energy and don’t expect to just turn up and get the result.
“Hopefully, we can kill the game early and not give them anything.”
Damsgaard was taking part in within the Premier League for Brentford per week in the past and the Danish midfielder mentioned that the change from it hasn’t been simple.
