Varanasi: Two infamous miscreants of Bihar have been killed in a police encounter on Monday morning in Varanasi. In an encounter with three miscreants, one miscreant managed to flee. All the three miscreants have been actual brothers. The Varanasi police contacted the kinfolk in Samastipur (Bihar) to obtain the lifeless our bodies of each the slain gangsters Rajneesh Singh and Manish Singh.
