By Press Trust of India: Nepal Prime Minister and the Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba gained the parliamentary occasion (PP) chief election held on Wednesday, overpowering his nearest challenger, occasion General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa by 39 votes, officers mentioned.
