The former India head coach mentioned that the Titans have accomplished effectively in all departments and purchased backup gamers which they wanted of their squad.

Kumble further added that Bharat has been bought not to replace any player in the Gujarat XI, but rather as a backup for Wriddhiman Saha and Matthew Wade
“We spoke about getting a wicket-keeper batter, not as a replacement but as a backup for Wriddhiman Saha and Mathew Wade and I think Bharat fits that bill and it’s wonderful to see him be part of Gujarat Titans,” Kumble mentioned.
Gujarat Titans haven’t fiddled a lot with their high order and have preserved the core of Shubman Gill, David Miller and Pandya. In the bowling division, they let go of Lockie Ferguson, however purchased Shivam Mavi within the auctions for Rs 6 crore.
