Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy gave a digital message on the 2023 Golden Globes and mentioned Ukraine will cease Russian aggression on their land. “There will be no third world war, it is not a trilogy,” he said.

By India Today Web Desk: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy delivered a message at the 2023 Golden Globes. He was introduced by Sean Penn, an American actor known for ‘Milk’ and ‘Mystic River’.
Zelenskyy said that the war was not over yet, ‘but the tide is turning’. He thanked those who support the freedom of Ukraine, saying ‘our common struggle for freedom, democracy, for the right to live, for the right to love’ is unifying.
In his special message, he said, “It is now 2023 and the war in Ukraine is not over yet, but the tide is turning. But time is running and it is already clear who will win. There were still battles and tears but I can definitely tell who were the best people..free people of the free world. Those who united around the support of free Ukranian people in our common struggle, freedom and democracy. No matter who you are and where you are from.”
He referenced the first two world wars and said “there will not be a trilogy.” He mentioned that when Ukraine is victorious within the warfare, he hopes that each one folks within the free world can be celebratory on that victorious day.

“There can be no third World War,it’s not a trilogy. Ukraine will cease Russian aggression on our land. And I hope all of us can be collectively on the day of our victory,” he mentioned in a video message. The viewers cheered when President Zelenskyy introduced his projected victory.
Previously, Penn gave the Ukrainian president considered one of his Oscars in a present of solidarity after Russia attacked Ukraine.
The Golden Globes returned to the air Tuesday with a crimson carpet flush with celebrities, comic Jerrod Carmichael as a hesitant emcee and quite a few trophies for “Everything Everywhere All at Once” and “Abbott Elementary,” because the beleaguered award present sought to rekindle its pre-pandemic and pre-scandal glamour.
