By India Today Web Desk: In broad daylight, some masked burglars robbed a high-end jewelry retailer in lower than a minute in New York City. They stole greater than 100 rings and different jewelry price Rs 16 crore in simply 38 seconds.
The incident passed off on January 8 within the Park Slope space of New York City, USA. Three masked burglars entered a high-end jewelry store with hammers and broke the glass show.
They stole all the property from the show and threatened to kill the folks current there.
IT WAS SCARY: SHOP OWNER
Talking in regards to the incident, store proprietor Irina Sulay advised the New York Post that it was all very scary for her. She revealed that the robbers took almost 100 rings and another objects.
Irina stated that the theft was effectively deliberate as they knew which jewelry packing containers to select up. She was exhibiting jewellery to the shoppers when three miscreants entered the store.
She stated that as quickly because the robbers entered the store, they broke the shows with hammers. An worker tried to make use of his cellphone however they threatened to kill everybody, she added.
NO ONE WAS INJURED
After looting the store, they ran away, with out injuring anybody. Irina filed a grievance with the New York Police Department and requested them to extend patrolling within the space.
Irina stated that now she is afraid to open the store, even for normal clients. One of the workers named Gina Turrigo stated, “I have lived in New York since the 70s-80s, but I have never felt this unsafe.”
Everyone was petrified after the incident. Meanwhile, the accused individuals are but to be arrested.
