KATHUA: Braving winter rains, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi began his Bharat Jodo Yatra from Hatli Morh on this border district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday with a number of outstanding leaders, together with Shiv Sena (UBT’s) Sanjay Raut additionally becoming a member of the foot march.
