JAMMU: The Border Security Force (BSF) on Saturday stated its troops opened fireplace at a suspected Pakistani drone alongside the International Border right here, forcing it to retreat.
An enormous search operation is underway to make sure no weapons or narcotics have been airdropped by the drone, a BSF spokesperson stated.
“A blinking light (of a suspected drone) was observed around 12:15 am (Saturday) on the IB in the night in the general area of Ramgarh. Alert troops fired towards the blinking light due to which it (drone) was forced to return,” he stated.
He stated the realm was being searched totally.
Official sources stated over two dozen rounds have been fired by the BSF in Arnia sector to carry down the suspected drone nevertheless it managed to return to the Pakistani aspect.
