US couple arrested for forcefully tattooing minor children, slicing pores and pores and skin to remove ink

According to a report with the New York Post, the couple – 27-year-old Megan Mae Farr and 23-year-old stepmother Gunner Farr, tied down their 9-year-old and 5-year-old children and forcibly gave them tattoos.

While one acquired a tattoo on the foot, the alternative teen acquired one on the shoulder, the report talked about.

Investigations into the case extra revealed the children have been tied down with a rope, their mouths lined with tape and a rag lined their eyes.

Authorities intervened after the natural father and stepmother observed the tattoos and reported the matter to Child Protective Services (CPS).
