Wrestlers protest enters day eight, Robert Vadra, Bhim Army chief amongst latest company

New Delhi: The protest by India’s excessive wrestlers in opposition to Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on the enduring Jantar Mantar entered the eighth day on Sunday with ever-rising assist of politicians.

The latest company on the protest web site had been Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Aazad and Congress chief Priyanka Gandhi vadra’s husband Robert Vadra.

Notably, from April 23, India’s excessive wrestlers, along with Olympic medallists Bajrang Punia and Sakshi Malik and double World Championships medallist Vinesh Phogat, have been protesting on the Jantar Mantar throughout the nationwide capital, initially demanding the registration of an FIR in opposition to WFI chief for sexually harassing women wrestlers.

The Delhi police on April 28 registered an FIR throughout the matter, just about each week after India’s excessive grapplers resumed their protests and even approached the Supreme Court on this regard.

“Our fight is to punish people like Brij Bhushan Singh who should be behind bars and removed from his portfolio,” the wrestlers acknowledged.

As per the latest development, sources throughout the Delhi Police instructed The New Indian Express that it’s going to current security to all the seven-woman complainants, along with one minor woman. “We are also going to record their statements soon,” the provision acknowledged.
