Ghaziabad: Three people, along with a priest and his partner, had been arrested for allegedly motivating a woman to remodel to Christianity in Khoda house of Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad district. Police gave this knowledge on Sunday. Police sources said that on Saturday, on the criticism of BJP worker Sunita Arora, who lives in Madhu Vihar Colony, the police arrested Pastor Ibrahim Thomas, his partner Riva and sweetness parlor operator Babita. Sunitha, in her criticism lodged at Khoda police station on Friday night, alleged that her neighbor Babita had launched her to Ibrahim Thomas, a neighborhood of Kerala, who’s for the time being a pastor on the Calvary Church.
The criticism moreover alleged that Thomas, with the help of his partner Reeva, conducts non secular lessons for Hindus and different folks of various faiths for conversion. According to sources, the criticism moreover said that Thomas, with the help of Babita, referred to as Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker Sunita Arora to the parlor and tried to remodel her. Deputy Commissioner of Police Vivek Chandra Yadav said that Thomas, Rewa and Babita have been arrested beneath the Uttar Pradesh Religion Change Prohibition Act 2021.
