TikTok , Chinese short-video app, is launching text-only posts, with a 1,000-character restrict, as the corporate seeks to capitalise on Twitter’s turmoil, information company Reuters reported.
The short-video app is permitting customers to create text-only posts, within the newest try by a social media agency to capitalize on the turmoil at Twitter since its buyout by Elon Musk final yea, the report stated
The transfer, introduced on Monday, would permit TikTok customers to select from a wide range of backgrounds for his or her textual content posts that may function hashtags and permit individuals to tag different customers.
The posts, which look much like Instagram Stories, have a 1,000-character restrict, tech information web site The Verge reported.
