KOZHIKODE: In a tragic incident, a two-year-old boy died in Mukkom space on this district after a mattress leaning on a wall close by fell on him whereas he was sleeping.
The incident occurred on Wednesday round 7.30 pm, an officer of Mukkom police station stated.
The incident occurred when the toddler was asleep and his dad and mom weren’t close by, the officer stated.
The inquest proceedings have simply begun and additional particulars can be obtainable after that, she stated.
A case of unnatural dying has been registered, the officer added.
