Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was attacked during his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. Congress alleges that this attack took place in North Lakhimpur, Assam. Whereas Congress alleged that BJP goons tore banners and posters here.
Congress has made allegations of attack on ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ by tweeting. It wrote, “The convoy of ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ was attacked by BJP goons in Lakhimpur, Assam. BJP goons tore posters and banners of ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ and vandalized vehicles. This cowardly and shameful act shows that the BJP government is nervous and scared of the love and public support that ‘Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra’ is getting. But… the Modi government and the CM of Assam who follow its instructions should understand this very well – this is India’s journey, a journey of justice against injustice. No power can stop the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’. The journey will continue… until we get our right to justice.”

Akhilesh Yadav condemned
National President of Samajwadi Party and former Chief Minister of UP Akhilesh Yadav has expressed concern by posting on social media platform X. He wrote, “The attack on the democratic ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ in the BJP ruled state of Assam is highly condemnable. The BJP, which is losing in every way, is now completely disappointed and is bent on violence. ‘Violence’ is the physical form of mental frustration.”
