Giving the example of Simco Limited Company of Gwalior, the MLA said that a loan of about Rs 100 crore was taken from banks without any ownership rights and no industry was set up. Now this land has been declared as government land by Gwalior Commissioner and Industries Commissioner. The government should immediately take action against the culprits under Section 420 for loans taken on government land worth crores in connivance with SIMCO management and banks.
The MLA further said that till now the government has not even evicted Simco Limited and taken possession of it. He has demanded from the government to immediately take possession of this land and use it for some major work of public interest or allot it to young entrepreneurs. So that it can be used for that purpose. For which it has been developed. With this step of the government, this entire episode will definitely serve as an example for other people.
