Raipur. Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh today conducted a surprise inspection of the Collectorate office and related offices. Declared one day extraordinary holiday and gave instructions to deduct the salary of officers and employees found absent during office hours. He said that all officers and employees should come to office on time and implement the works of public interest by giving priority. If in future any officer-employee is not found present in the office, then action will be taken again.
Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh reached the District Education Officer office and District Chief Medical Officer office at 10 am today and saw the presence of the employees. If the employee is found absent, bring the register with him. Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh also issued a show cause notice to the District Education Officer and the District Chief Health Officer. He also inspected various offices of Agriculture Office and Collectorate.
Employees of these departments remained absent
During inspection, total 27 employees of Agriculture Department, total 48 employees of Chief Medical Officer Office, 31 employees of District Education Officer Office, 8 employees of District Headquarters, 8 employees from Food Branch, 2 employees from Tribal Development, 1 employee from Excise Branch. , 1 employee was found absent from the land records. On this, Collector Dr. Expressing his displeasure, Singh gave instructions to be present on time and declared one day extraordinary holiday and directed the Finance Branch to deduct one day's salary.
