An encroacher has occupied the land donated to the temple in village Kaikheda near the headquarters. Even after the eviction order, the encroachment is not being removed. Regarding this, the Sahu community has submitted a memorandum to SDM Rakesh Markam on Tuesday. In which it was told that Mouza Kaikheda Mandal Madiado donor Sitarani, wife of late Ramratan Sahu, resident of Kaikheda had donated the temple Shri Shri 1008 Radha Krishna ji. This land is currently registered in the records in the name of Sitarani, but the interest of the temple and the interest of the Sahu community are included here. The remaining land of which has been encroached upon by Sarju alias Satola Kachhi, father Bhagirath Kachhi, resident of Kaikheda.

The illegal encroacher had filed an appeal application before the Tehsildar and SDM, where after investigation, illegal occupation of Satola Kachhi was proved and an order for eviction was issued. Even after this, the land is not being freed from encroachment.

The morale of the encroacher Sarju has increased due to the encroachment not being removed. Not only this, Sarju says that no one can remove my encroachment. Whoever goes to remove the encroachment, he threatens to kill him. He also threatens to implicate the donor in a false case. On whose complaint, it has been demanded that no action should be taken without investigation. Apart from this, the time limit for appeal after the eviction orders has also passed. The people of the society have demanded through a memorandum that the encroachment’s encroachment should be removed immediately.
