Lucknow. The PIL filed against Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya for his statement that the organization is bigger than the government was heard in the High Court on Wednesday. The court has reserved its decision in this matter. The division bench of Chief Justice Arun Bhasali and Justice Vikas Wednesday heard the counsel of the petitioner on the constitutional aspect of this statement of the Deputy Chief Minister. After hearing the counsel of the petitioner, the court neither asked anything from the government to know their stand on this matter, nor issued any notice to the Deputy CM.
