Ranchi: In view of the ‘Yuva Aakrosh Rally’ of BJYM, prohibitory orders have been imposed around the Morhabadi area of Ranchi. It has been said that the prohibitory orders will remain in force from 11 am to 11 pm. During this time, any kind of dharna, rally and public meeting will be prohibited in this area.
Rally and demonstrations are prohibited within 500 meters of Morhabadi Ground
Rally, demonstration banned within 500 meters of Morhabadi Ground Ranchi’s Sub-Divisional Officer SDO Utkarsh Kumar has said that Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Code, 2023 BNSS has been implemented within 500 meters of Morhabadi Ground except Morhabadi Ground. The prohibitory order specifically prohibits public meetings, rallies, dharnas, demonstrations and gathering of 5 or more people within this perimeter. Playing ‘loudspeakers’ is also banned in the area.
Some organizations want to surround the CM’s residence
The district administration said – Some organizations want to surround the CM’s residence. In the official press release issued by the district administration, concern has been expressed that some organizations or parties are planning to organize dharna, demonstration and rally. They also plan to surround the Chief Minister’s residence. It is known that the BJYM has organized a ‘Yuva Aakrosh Rally’ against the Hemant Soren government of Jharkhand on Friday. Former Chief Minister of Jharkhand and BJP state president Babulal Marandi is also said to be participating in it.
