Krida Bharti celebrated Sports Day with yoga players, 300 players from 21 districts showed their strength in the state level competition, winners were honored with medals and certificates

Raipur. On the occasion of Major Dhyanchand Smriti National Sports Day, like every year, this year too Krida Bharti is organizing a nationwide sports week. Sports week is also being organized in Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur from 29 August. Today, a state level yogasana competition was organized at Balaji Vidya Mandir in Devendra Nagar. In which 300 players from 21 districts of the state participated.

The competition was inaugurated by lighting the lamp after garlanding the oil paintings of Lord Hanuman and late Major Dhyanchand. G. Swamy (President, Andhra Association and social worker), Umesh Thakur (Vy.S., Balaji Vidya Mandir) and Nurendra Kumhar (Provincial Youth Chief, Krida Bharti Chhattisgarh) were present as guests in the said event. Mohit Sahu (Krida Bharti Raipur Mahanagar) presided over the event. This program became successful under the guidance of Hon. Rustam Sarang (President, Krida Bharti Raipur Mahanagar) and Virendra Deshmukh (Minister, Krida Bharti Raipur Mahanagar).

The winners were honoured with medals and certificates

Let us tell you that this competition is being organized separately for boys and girls in four age groups below 14 years, 14+ to 18 years, 18+ to 28 years and above 28+ years. In which every player performed 5 asanas. The guests who came in the closing session and the referee team and the workers of Krida Bharti honored the winning players (boys and girls) in all the four age groups of the event by giving them medals and certificates.

Suraj Yadav, Govind Sharma, Manish Rawat, Gautam Sahu, Anish Kumar Chauhan, Rahul Sharma, Anita Sahu, Harshlata, Payal Chandrakar, Priya Verma, Prabhakar Singh, Komal Singh, Mahi Verma, Neha Sahu were present in the official team.

Hon. Sanjay Singh (President, Krida Bharti Chhattisgarh), Hon. Sumit Upadhyay (Provincial Minister, Krida Bharti Chhattisgarh) and Neeta Dumre, Harsha Sahu and other officials sent their best wishes for the successful completion of this prestigious program.
