State President of the organization Nilesh Dubey said that the Chief Municipal Officer-employees posted in the urban bodies are working to provide civic services as per the guidelines of the government. They manage the arrangements in the bodies under limited financial resources.

On the other hand, Chief Municipal Officer of Nagar Parishad Harsud (Chhanera) Monika Pardhi was attacked by an employee with a bullet in her hand.
Along with this, an incident took place in the Amarwada Municipality where a councillor publicly hit and chased the Chief Municipal Officer with a slipper.
Sometimes public representatives, sometimes tenderers, sometimes the administration exert pressure on the CMO. Due to which there is an atmosphere of fear and anger among the CMOs of urban bodies.
