    Raipur, November 10/ In Chhattisgarh, the government's Mahtari Vandan scheme seems to be proving effective for women from meeting their household expenses to dreaming about their own happy future. Chhattisgarh government has started Mahtari Vandan Yojana for the women of the state, under which an amount of one thousand rupees per month is being provided to the beneficiary women. Till now 9 installments of Mahtari Vandan Yojana have been released. The ninth installment of this scheme was released by the Chhattisgarh government before Diwali.

    Six women of Patel family living in village Bhonda of Bodla development block dominated by Baiga tribal and special backward tribe of Kabirdham district are getting the benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Every month, each woman is getting one thousand rupees, thus all the six women of the Patel family are getting a total amount of six thousand rupees. The amount of the ninth installment has also arrived in his account. Till now, a total of Rs 54 thousand has been deposited in the account of this family through Mahtari Vandan Yojana.

    Both brothers Sadaram Patel and Ramkumar Patel, living in village Bodla of Bodla development block of Kabirdham district, live in a joint family. There are a total of six women in this family including Dileshwari, Manisha, Anita, Ganeshiya. Mahtari Vandan Yojana not only increases the feeling of security among the women of the family about their own and their children's future, but Mahtari Vandan is also inspiring them to plan for a happy future. With the amount of Mahtari Vandan Yojana received every month, the women of the family have now decided to open accounts in the names of their children in schemes like Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana and Rural Postal Insurance run by the Central Government through the post office. This family has decided to open an account for their children in schemes like Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana or Rural Postal Life Insurance and add Rs 1,000 each for a happy future for their children for many years to come. Heads of families and women have gone to the post office and taken complete information about the benefits of these schemes.

    The women of the family hope that the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, opened for the economic progress and prosperity of women, will continue to operate and such money will continue to come into their account every month. Therefore, a better plan can be made by adding this money.

    The women of the Patel family told that they are going to deposit the amount of Mahtari Vandan Yojana in the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana started by the Central Government, so that after 15 years they will get a lump sum and this amount will be used for the happy future of the children. Can be done. These women told that they are depositing the amount received from Mahtari Vandan Yojana for the education and marriage of their children. Mahtari Vandan Yojana has emerged as a strong foundation of economic prosperity and progress for the Marar Patel family, who earn their living for themselves and their entire family by farming. All the daughters-in-law of the family are educated. Patel family's daughters-in-law Dileshwari, Manisha, Anita, Ganeshiya and their mother-in-law Sukhbati Patel and Birjha Bai told that the whole family is very happy today. The family is getting additional income of Rs 6 thousand every month. Our family is united in every happiness and sorrow. Similarly, if we calculate the amount deposited in the accounts of six women of the family for five years, then the family will have a total additional income of Rs 3 lakh 60 thousand.

    Mothers and sisters of Chhattisgarh now wait for the amount of Mahtari Vandan Yojana every month. They know that as per the guarantee of Vishnudev government of Chhattisgarh Modi, the money of Mahtari Vandan will come into their account every month. The women of Chhattisgarh and their families are feeling safe from the Mahtari Vandan Yojana and have also started creating and weaving dreams of a happy future. Families and women are beginning to believe that through Mahtari Vandan Yojana, better management of the daughters of the family can be done from their education to their marriage.

    It is noteworthy that 2 lakh 55 thousand women are getting the benefit of Mahtari Vandan scheme in Kabirdham district. The amount is reaching the accounts of women every month through DBT. Under this scheme, a total amount of Rs 23 crore 56 lakh is being transferred through DBT every month to all the beneficiary women of the district. Since the launch of the scheme, a total amount of Rs 212 crore 4 lakh has been transferred to the accounts of women through 9 installments.
