FIR over objectionable social media publish in opposition to Sharad Pawar

The Pune Rural Police have launched a probe in opposition to unidentified individuals in reference to an alleged objectionable tweet about Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar.
An First Information Report (FIR) within the case has been registered at Baramati Taluka Police station based mostly on the grievance of Abhijit Bhanudas Jadhav, an NCP workplace bearer. An officer from the police station stated the complainant approached the police station a few objectionable tweet from a consumer in connection to a latest press assertion by Pawar and in addition a few reply to that tweet.
“The content in both the tweet and reply is of objectionable nature. We have launched a probe into these accounts,” the officer added. The FIR has been registered underneath Indian Penal Code (IPC) part pertaining to creating or selling enmity, hatred or ill-will between lessons.
The police have launched a probe to establish the customers of those accounts.
