Bajaj Auto on Friday stated its whole gross sales stood at 3,69,448 items in March.
The Pune-based firm had dispatched 2,42,575 items in March 2020, amid COVID-19 led disruptions.
The firm’s whole home gross sales final month stood at 1,98,551 items whereas the identical was at 1,16,541 items within the year-ago interval, Bajaj Auto stated in a regulatory submitting.
Bajaj Auto’s whole two-wheeler gross sales have been at 3,30,133 items final month. It had dispatched 2,10,976 items in March 2020.
Overall industrial autos gross sales stood at 39,315 items in March. The firm had dispatched 31,599 items within the year-ago interval.
Bajaj Auto stated its whole exports final month have been at 1,70,897 items. It had shipped 1,26,034 items in March 2020.
For the 2020-21 fiscal, the corporate reported gross sales of 39,72,914 items, down 14 per cent from 46,15,212 items in 2019-20.
Domestic gross sales declined 21 per cent to 19,18,667 items within the final fiscal as in contrast with 24,44,107 items within the 2019-20 monetary yr.
