KANNUR: Police on Saturday arrested yet one more individual in reference to the homicide of Muslim League employee Mansoor of Pullukkara close to Panur.
The individual arrested is CPM employee Othayoth Aneesh of Kochiyangadi, Thalasserry police mentioned, including that Aneesh has direct involvement with the incident and was absconding for the final three days.

As per the FIR, virtually all of the accused are CPM leaders and employees. The eighth accused within the case, Sasi is the secretary of Kochiyangadi department of CPM. The tenth accused Jabir is a neighborhood committee member and 5 accused Suhail is the Panur space treasurer of DYFI.
The investigation crew mentioned they have data on the whereabouts of the remaining accused who shall be nabbed quickly.
The first accused within the case, Shinos of Pullukkara, was the primary individual arrested by the police. The second accused Ratheesh Kooloth was discovered hanging from a tree close to Valayam at Nadapuram on Friday.
