Disney CEO Bob Chapek has introduced that the studio’s two upcoming titles — superhero film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Ryan Reynolds’ Free Guy — will likely be launched completely in theatres.
During an earnings name on Thursday, Chapek stated each movies may have a 45-day unique run in cinemas after which they may turn into obtainable on video-on-demand and streaming.
Free Guy, which comes from Disney-owned twentieth Century Studios, will launch within the US on August 13, whereas the Simu Liu-starrer Shang-Chi will three weeks in a while September 3.
