Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd has deposited Rs 300 crore with the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) after the company discovered that the corporate had allegedly incorrectly declared imports of Remote Radio Head, an equipment used for the 4G telecom know-how, sources informed The Indian Express.

The company discovered that the tech big had mis-declared and categorized the imports as telecom items that appeal to zero responsibility.
