Amazon Prime Video on Friday introduced the slate of movies, documentaries and reveals that will likely be launched on its platform in the course of the upcoming festive season.
South star Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Bhraman would be the first title from Prime Video to launch in October in the course of the festive interval, the streamer service mentioned in a press launch.
Directed by Ravi Ok. Chandran, the film is a remake of the 2018 Bollywood hit Andhadhun.
Post Bhraman, the streamer will launch Shoojit Sircar’s Sardar Udham, starring Vicky Kaushal within the lead. The movie is a biopic on freedom fighter Sardar Udham Singh, who assassinated Michael O’Dwyer, the previous Lieutenant Governor of Punjab in British India in 1940, to avenge the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh bloodbath.
Emraan Hashmi-starrer supernatural horror film Dybbuk is subsequent in line after Sardar Udham. The film is an official remake of the hit Malayalam movie Ezra.

After the three characteristic movies, the second version of the modern stand-up comedy sequence One Mic Stand will come out on Prime Video.
It will likely be adopted by two Tamil language films — household drama Udanpirappe and Suriya-starrer homicide thriller Jai Bhim.

The documentary is a “revealing and exhilarating” look into world music star Justin Bieber’s internal circle and his first full live performance in three years.
After that, the streamer will launch the teenager horror drama sequence I Know What You Did Last Summer and Maradona: Blessed Dream, a particular sequence primarily based on the lifetime of legendary soccer participant Diego Maradona.
Dev Patel-starrer The Green Knight would be the final entry from the streamer in the course of the festive season.

The film, which launched in Indian theatres in August, is directed by David Lowery. It follows the journey of Sir Gawain, performed by Patel, King Arthur’s reckless and headstrong nephew who seeks to confront the eponymous Green Knight, a legendary, harmful and gigantic entity.
