Facebook Inc apologized to customers for a two hour disruption to its companies on Friday and blamed one other defective configuration change for its second international outage this week.
The firm confirmed its social media platform, Instagram, Messenger and Workplace have been impacted by the most recent outage.
“Sincere apologies to anyone who wasn’t able to access our products in the last couple of hours,” the corporate stated. “We fixed the issue, and everything should be back to normal now.”
During the most recent outage, some customers have been unable to load their Instagram feeds, whereas others weren’t capable of ship messages on Facebook Messenger.
