The state authorities has appointed IAS A Kulbhushan Toppo, director of the Chhag Administrative Academy, because the commissioner of Raipur division, with which he has been given the extra cost of commissioner of Durg division. At the identical time, Raipur divisional commissioner IAS Govind Ram Churendra has been appointed as Commissioner of Bastar Division. Earlier, IAS Churendra Bastar was given further cost of the Commissioner of the Division.
