Slack Technologies Inc mentioned its office messaging service was hit by an outage on Monday, disrupting distant work as individuals returned from the vacations.
The firm mentioned it was investigating the connection points affecting customers and would proceed to share updates each half-hour till the incident has been downgraded. More than 15,000 customers had initially reported points, as per outage monitoring web site Downdectector.
Currently over 4,000 customers are nonetheless going through points. Downdetector solely tracks outages by collating standing experiences from a collection of sources, together with user-submitted errors on its platform.
