A two-member bench of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Thursday advised the Murari Lal Jalan-Kalrock Capital consortium, the profitable bidder for Jet Airways, to share parts of the decision plan pertaining to claims of staff with the airline’s workmen.
The Association of Aggrieved Workmen of Jet Airways (India) Ltd had sought a replica of the authorized decision plan and the newest path has come on a plea filed by the affiliation. The order comes practically seven months after the Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) cleared the plan final June.
Headed by Chairman Justice Ashok Bhushan, the NCLAT bench stated because the consortium’s plan has already been authorized by the NCLT, it “is no more confidential” and a replica ought to be offered to the aggrieved particular person. WITH PTI
