PANAJI: President Ram Nath Kovind will lay the muse stone of the brand new Raj Bhavan constructing in Goa on May 30, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has mentioned. “The president will be in Goa on May 30, celebrated as the state’s 35th Statehood Day. He will lay the foundation stone of the new Raj Bhavan building at Dona Paula near here within the existing complex,” Sawant advised reporters on Friday.
During the occasion, all of the previous chief ministers of the state or their representatives, shall be felicitated, he mentioned.
Several different individuals from totally different fields, together with training, sports activities, agriculture and industries, may even be felicitated by Kovind on the event, the chief minister mentioned, including that the brand new Raj Bhavan constructing can be constructed by the state Public Works Department and it might be prepared inside a yr, he added.
