RANCHI: A Special MP/MLA Court in Ranchi on Tuesday rejected a petition filed by Chief Minister Hemant Soren in search of exemption from bodily look in a case associated to violation of the mannequin code of conduct throughout the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
A case was registered in opposition to Soren at Argora Police Station in Ranchi throughout the LS elections after he was noticed sporting his celebration’s scarf with a logo of bow and arrow printed over it whereas exercising his franchise on the polling sales space. Soren was scheduled to look earlier than the Court on Tuesday, however now, the case can be heard on July 15.
