Congress releases occasion manifesto for HP meeting polls

SHIMLA: The Congress on Saturday launched its manifesto for the November 12 Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections within the presence of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel.

The occasion has promised to implement the outdated pension scheme, 30 items of free energy and Rs 10 crore ‘StartUp fund’ in every constituency.

Others current on the occasion’s ballot manifesto launch included AICC in-charge for Himachal Rajeev Shukla, former PCC chief Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu and AICC secretaries Tejinder Pal Bittu and Manish Chatrath.

Party’s ballot manifesto committee chairman Dhani Ram Shandil stated the BJP has did not reside as much as the expectations of individuals and has not fulfilled the guarantees made 5 years in the past.

“This is not just a poll manifesto but a document prepared for the development and welfare of the people of Himachal Pradesh,” Shandil stated.

The Congress is banking on the anti-incumbency issue and urging voters to not reelect the BJP within the state.
