Elon Musk-owned Twitter has been sued by the land proprietor of its San Francisco workplace area as the corporate has did not pay its hire. The firm was warned about the identical on December 16, 2022.

By India Today Web Desk: In extra authorized bother for Twitter proprietor Elon Musk, the corporate has been sued for failing to pay the hire for its workplace area in San Francisco, reported Bloomberg.
According to the land proprietor, the social media big was notified on December 16, 2022, that it might be in default on its lease for the thirtieth flooring of the Hartford Building in 5 days until the hire was paid.
In its criticism, Columbia Reit mentioned the occupant did not comply.
The case in opposition to Twitter was filed in state courtroom in San Francisco on Thursday.
Several media stories have claimed Twitter has not paid the hire for its headquarters, or any of its different world places of work, in weeks.
This just isn’t the primary time that Twitter has been sued. Earlier too, the corporate was taken to courtroom for refusing to pay for 2 constitution flights.

A report with the New York Times said Twitter has stopped paying hire following its new proprietor Elon Musk’s chaotic $44 billion acquisition.
Musk mentioned Twitter suffered a “massive drop in revenue” within the days following his $44 billion acquisition of the corporate.
Without offering any figures or proof, he claimed in a tweet that the income drop was the results of activist teams placing strain on advertisers.
