Centre spending crores on new parliament nonetheless depriving Bengal of funds: TMC chief

“The TMC has a habit of levelling baseless allegations. The funds have been stopped as the state government has not submitted funds utilization certificates,” BJP state president Sukanta Majumdar acknowledged.
