The incident happened on June 24 exterior the WinCo grocery retailer in Lancaster, a report in Fox News mentioned. The division mentioned that cops caught a person and girl accused of theft inside the shop.

In the video, a police officer is proven inserting handcuffs on a person, whereas a girl captures your entire sequence of occasions on her telephone. Afterwards, one other officer approaches the girl, grabs her forcefully, and throws her to the bottom.

While the Department does not make statements related to ongoing investigations, Sheriff Luna has made it clear that he expects Department personnel to treat all members of the public with dignity and respect, and that personnel who do not uphold our training standards will be held accountable. In the interest of transparency with our community, the Sheriff’s Department is releasing body-worn camera video from the incident.”
The identities of the officers within the video haven’t but been made public. But the division has said that each have been faraway from discipline responsibility whereas the inquiry is on.
