Sports Desk. Pran Pratishtha program will be organized on Monday, January 22 in the newly constructed grand Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. On this occasion, South Africa’s star spinner Keshav Maharaj has congratulated the followers of Lord Ram living in India and the world on this auspicious occasion. He has shared a message on social media. In his video message, Maharaj is seen saying Namaste with folded hands. He wished everyone happiness, peace and spiritual enlightenment.

Invitations have been sent to veteran players, leaders, actors and businessmen to participate in the Pran Pratistha program organized in this grand temple built at the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram. It includes the names of other Indian cricketers including Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli. Meanwhile, Indian-origin South African player Keshav Maharaj has shared the message on his Instagram story. Let us tell you that just a few weeks ago, Maharaj had revealed that he had requested to play the hymn ‘Ram Siya Ram’ every time he entered the field in the ongoing South Africa 20 League (SA20).

Maharaj said that apparently, something that I put in front of the media lady and requested to play that song. For me, Lord Shri Ram has been my biggest blessing, who has been giving me guidance and opportunities. In such a situation, this is the least I can do and it brings you into your zone. It’s a good feeling to hear ‘Ram Siya Ram’ playing in the background while entering the field. It is noteworthy that Maharaj has so far played 50 Tests, 44 ODIs and 27 T20 International matches for South Africa. During this period, he has 237 international wickets in his name.
