Korba. Police has made a big disclosure in the case of the body of a young man found in 17 pieces in Korba district of Chhattisgarh. The girlfriend along with her second lover Raza Khan killed her first lover Mohammad Wasim Ansari, then cut the body into 17 pieces, stuffed it in school bags and sacks and threw it in Gopalpur Dam. In this case, the police has arrested both the accused from Odisha.
Balrampur. Two children of the same family died after drowning in a pit dug by a JCB to build a house in the Wadrafnagar area of the district. This incident took place in Kesari village of Raghunath Nagar police station area. After the incident, the family members are crying and inconsolably.
Jagdalpur. The police has solved the much talked about double murder case of Bastar district of Chhattisgarh within 24 hours. A mother and son were brutally murdered in a house located at Anupama Chowk in Jagdalpur. No outsider is behind this murder but the younger son Nitesh Gupta who was injured in the incident. He was the one who carried out this horrific incident and fabricated the story of robbery to mislead the police.
Khairagarh. Since the change of power in Chhattisgarh, there has been political upheaval in Dongargarh Nagar Palika. Voting was held today on the no-confidence motion against the Congress-supported Nagar Palika president, in which the no-confidence motion was defeated.
