Only godowns and parking can be built in the basement
The basement can only be used for parking and godown. Any other business being used is illegal. There should be two exits in the basement so that if any accident happens, it is easy to get out from there. There should be a sprinkler system in the basement so that in case of fire, it can be controlled. There should also be a pump in the basement so that if it fills up with water, it can be taken out.
