According to the information received, the accused are connected to Mahadev Online Betting App’s kingpin Saurabh Chandrakar and Ravi Utpal, who are in Dubai. It is being told that the accused Yamant Chandrakar and Omprakash Chandrakar have returned to Chhattisgarh from Dubai a few days ago. The police will reveal the whole matter.
