Although MLA Punnulal Mohle is known to be very simple and easy going, but in the district level public problem resolution camp organized in Kanteli village of the district, he was seen with a very aggressive attitude. By making the block and district level officials stand in front of the public, the MLA himself started asking questions and when the officials were unable to answer some questions, he was even seen scolding them. At the same time, collector Rahul Dev also made the ground level staff stand in front of the public and first asked them if they knew him or not and then he told the public that if they have any complaint against him or some work is pending, they should inform him immediately.

    For this, the collector assured the people that the cases which can be resolved on the spot will be resolved immediately and those which cannot be resolved immediately will be resolved within the stipulated time period. During this period, more than 200 complaints received were resolved on the spot. Seeing all this, people once again remembered the previous government’s meetings and Lok Suraj programs.

    what was the program

    In fact, a public problem resolution camp was organized in Kanteli village of Mungeli development block. MLA Punnulal Mohle and Collector Rahul Dev visited the stalls set up by various departments and directed that 100% eligible people should be provided the benefits of government schemes. Also, instructions were given for quality disposal of the applications received at the stalls as per the rules. The MLA and the collector also conducted Annaprashan (first feeding) for small children and distributed nutrition kits to pregnant and lactating mothers. 355 people submitted applications in the camp, out of which 234 applications were resolved on the spot. The remaining applications are being resolved as per the rules.

    The MLA had a direct conversation with the common people and listened to their problems one by one

    MLA Mohle directly interacted with the common people in the camp and listened to their problems one by one and directed the departmental officials to resolve them with sensitivity. He said that the district administration has reached directly at your doorstep. District level officials from more than 40 departments are present here. Stalls have also been set up by the departments to provide information about the public welfare schemes of the government. Various problems of everyone including water, electricity, pension, housing, toilet, ration card, Ayushman card making will be resolved. He said that maximum number of people should reach such camps and avail the benefits.

    Know which officers and employees were made to stand

    The collector said that the applications received in the camp would be resolved as per rules. As per the wish of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, the district administration is committed to solving the problems of the common people. In the camp, the collector made the district CEO, tehsildar, village servant, panchayat secretary, patwari, local officials of health, education and police department stand in front of the common people and asked whether anyone’s work has been stopped. During this, the villagers told many problems, on which the collector directed the field staff to solve the problem on the spot itself. He said that the applicants must be informed about the resolution of the case. No one’s work should be stopped. The collector directed the field staff to remain present in the area and work.
