    There is a ban on transfers in the state for two years. Currently, departments have to take permission from the Chief Minister Coordination to make transfers necessary from administrative point of view.

    It is noteworthy that if the ban on transfer is not lifted in September, then the government will not be able to transfer about one lakh officers and employees till January 2025 because the work of revision of voter list has started.

    Its initial publication will be in October and the final publication will be done on January 5, 2025. During this period, the transfer of officers and employees engaged in the work of voter list cannot be done without the permission of the Commission.
