In a memorandum submitted to the police, BJP workers alleged that Tehsildar Neelmani Dubey has accused Balodabazar MLA and Revenue Minister in Chhattisgarh Government Tankaram Verma of money transactions in the transfer. BJP workers have termed this allegation as malicious and have demanded strict action against the Tehsildar.

The Sangh said that the Junior Administrative Service Association has nothing to do with this statement. It also warned that no member should make such a statement in future.
