Sandeep Thakur, Lormi. An out-of-control pickup vehicle hit police constable Prashant Masih in Lormi, killing him. This incident took place in Bodtara village of Chilfi police station. When the villagers saw the dead body on the road, they immediately informed the police. After receiving information about the incident, the police has started necessary action.
Please note that Prashant Masih was posted at Chilfi police station. Just before the accident, at around 8 pm, after finishing his duty, he had come towards Bodtra to have food. After which he was going back towards Chilfi when suddenly an uncontrolled pickup vehicle hit him, due to which he died on the spot. Chilfi police have recovered the body of constable Prashant Masih and sent it to Lormi for post-mortem.
