The local administration has started finalizing all the preparations regarding the election process. Meanwhile, the process of filing nominations of the candidates has also started, so far 10 candidates have filed their nomination papers.
Let us inform that on Monday, 3 independent candidates Shabista Khan, Sushma Aggarwal, Mahendra Kumar Bagh had submitted their nomination papers. Today on Tuesday, 7 candidates have filed their nominations, including independent candidates Nandini Nayak, Ravi Bhoi, Syed Muslim, Mohd. The names of Nasir Mohammad, Rizwana, Jugraj Jagat, and Champalal Patel of Right to Recall Party are included.

The scrutiny of nominations will be done on October 28, and candidates will be able to withdraw their nominations till October 30.
